In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. In Short:  Some information —such as your contact details (name, company, phone number and email address)—is collected when you contact us.

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us. However, if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services.

In Short:  Some information —such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics —is collected automatically when you visit our Website.

 

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

 

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. The right to access. You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data. We will not charge for this service.
 
The right to rectification. You have the right to request us for correction any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure. You have the right to request us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions. You may exercise the right to request the erasure of your personal data if:

  • the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes which we originally collected or processed it for;

  • your personal data were provided by third parties without your knowledge and consent;

  • there is no overriding legitimate interest to continue the processing of your personal data;

  • your personal data is used only for direct marketing purposes, and you object to such processing;

  • it is necessary to comply with a legal request or legal obligation.

 
The right to restrict processing. You have the right to request us to restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. You may request to cease processing of your personal data if:

  • there is no overriding legitimate interest to continue the processing of your personal data;

  • your personal data is used only for direct marketing purposes and you object to such processing;

  • it’s necessary to comply with a legal request or legal obligation.
     

The right to data portability. You have the right to request us to transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you. You can make a portability request at any time regarding data that:

  • was collected based on your consent to use your personal data, or

  • was collected as part of a contract you have with us.

 
The right Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. You have the right to be free from decisions based solely on automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, that affects you.

9. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

10. Analytics and other third-party service

In Short: Our website is hosted on Wix, uses Google Analytics and social plugins.

 

  • Our Website is hosted on Wix, operated by Wix.com Ltd.(40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel) . They provide us with online platform services that allow us to develop a website. To familiarize yourself with the WIX privacy policy use the link https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
     

  • We use Google Analytics a web analysis service of Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, to gather data on the number of people accessing our website, where they are accessing from, what pages they visit, and what technology they are using. Google Analytics does allow us to understand our Web-visitors as a group, for example by recording what browsers are being used. Google Analytics employs cookies that are stored to your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the site as well as  to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website.   • Social plugins. We also use social plugins (buttons) of social networks such as LinkedIn. When you visit our Website these buttons are deactivated. After their activation by clicking on them, a direct link to the server of the respective social network is established. The contents of the button are then transmitted from the social network directly to your browser and incorporated in the website through it. After activation of a button, the social network can retrieve data, independently of whether you interact with the button or not. If you are logged on to a social network, the network can assign your visit to the website to your User account. If you are a user of a social network and do not wish it to combine data retrieved from your visit to our website with your user data, you must log out from the concerned social network before activating the buttons.
